Service Description

Classes specifically for seniors. Low-impact stable exercises, focusing on increasing and maintaining range of motion and mobility. This will be a seated course, but standing is optional. Folding chairs will be provided, however bringing your own chair is allowed. Wheelchairs are welcome.
